General Returns
Within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you can request a return and refund without providing any reason. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Defective Products
Within 14 calendar days of your purchase, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can contact our customer service team at service@etoeofficial.com to request a return and refund. ETOE will cover the return shipping fee.
Refund Processing
Within 14 calendar days of receiving your return package, we will refund the original purchase price via your original method of payment.

Please refer to the return and refund policy of the platform or store where you made the purchase. For more details, contact the seller to confirm the specific terms and conditions.
Please note: This website only accepts returns for purchases made directly from etoeofficial.com. If you purchased a product from other platforms such as Amazon, Aliexpress, Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, etc., you should request a return from them, not from etoeofficial.com.
Return Notes:
- Any item returned to ETOE must be in its original packaging and include all accessories provided with the item. The product must be able to be completely repackaged in its original packaging.
- Include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, in the return package.
- Secure the return label on the outside of the package, verify that all contents are included, and seal the package.
Additional Instructions:
- When applying for a return, please provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.
- The returned goods should be packed in good condition, with no signs of tampering or alteration on the labels and logos of the product and its accessories. If there were any gifts included with your purchase, please return them as well.
- Unauthorized returns or cash on delivery without the seller’s consent will be rejected.
- After your return request is approved, please send the product back to the address provided in the email, not to the shipping address on the delivery note.
