Please double check your shipping address when you place an order since the ETOE Team will not able to change the address after shipped.

Once you purchased on the ETOE's official website, our team will email you the tracking number when the package was shipped.

  • ETOE ships with UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Registered Airmail for our deliveries.

Shipping Time

The shipping process of a order is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: 2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days

The actual shipping times may vary due to variable destinations, inclement weather, public holidays or other force major factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at service@etoeofficial.com.

Sometimes it may take 1-3 days for courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship to EU countries and the US,except for Cyprus, Malta, and some remote islands.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to ETOE as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@etoeofficial.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

About Tax

Your order total will include the cost of the product, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees if applicable. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
