Screensaver

  1. Go to Setting>Others;
  2. Navigate to "Screen Saver";
  3. Choose "off" or timer for the screensaver.

The ventilation of the projector might be blocked. Move the stuff away and turns off the projector for half an hour to cool it down. Make sure that nothing is blocking the ventilation when you turn on the projector again.

  1. Please reset the Keystone setting as the bellowing steps: Go to "Setting" >Projection>Keystone Correction Reseting
  2. After resetting the Keystone, please restart the projector and try again. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us.

Please reset the Keystone setting below steps

  • Go to "Setting">> Projection>>Keystone correction, set it to manual, and it will save the the keystone correction after you restart it.
  • TV Stick

  • Remote

    • Ensure that the batteries in your remote are correctly placed and of power.
    • Check if the remote's indicator turns red/blue when you press the button.
    • Feel free to contact us if the remote still needs to be fixed.

    Bluetooth

    Audio latency is the time it takes for audio move from your projector to your Bluetooth speaker. And Bluetooth connection spend a lot more time in the "processing" stage than a traditional wired connection. Plus, Bluetooth connection will be interfered by another signal source such as WiFi. There are some solutions below that you could decrease the latency:

    1. Disconnect other devices from your soundbar. As other devices might try to connect with it and influence the connection to the projector.
    2. Turn off other wireless connections close to the projector and Bluetooth signal.
    3. Keep your distance from other Bluetooth devices to avoid interference.
    4. Change the position or location of your device. It may need to be closer to the video.
    5. Feel free to contact us if the problem still exist.

    Other signals will influence the Bluetooth connection. Please try the below solutions one by one.

    • Unplug the power cord of your speaker, leave it unplugged for a few seconds, and then plug it back in again.
    • Bring the projector and the speaker close together.
    • Because wireless interference can cause the issue, turn off all other wireless devices ( Wi-Fi router, Bluetooth devices, microwave ovens, etc.), or move the Bluetooth device away from such devices.
    • Restart the projector again.
    • If you have paired the speaker before, delete the Bluetooth information from the projector and pair them again.
    • Disconnect other devices from your Bluetooth speaker.
    • Feel free to contact us if the problem still exist.

    Streaming

    • 1. Please confirm whether the system time is correct: Setting>>Data &Time>>Open Auto Obtain>>data and Time
    • Clear the cache of the App
    • If the problem persists, please contact us for help
      • When you want to exit the Prime Video page, you can press the signal source button to enter the HDMI or USB device, and then press the back button to the Android TV page.
      • Your remote is currently in Mouse mode while using the Netflix app. To switch to Wheel mode, simply long-press the "OK" button.

    Signal Source

    • Please check the format of your USB stick. As the projector can't read files from a USB stick in exFAT. Here are the instructions for checking the format of your USB stick.
    • Ensure to choose USB on the Homepage of your projector.
    • If the above steps has been checked, and the USB stick still can't be read by the projector. Test with another USB stick.
    • If the new USB stick still can't work with the projector. Feel free to contact us for assistance.
