Once you purchased on the ETOE's official website, our team will email you the tracking number when the package was shipped.

• The shipping process of a order is divided into two parts: 1. Processing Time: 2 days; 2.Shipping Time: 3-7 days.

• We use different shipping services like UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics to meet the delivery deadline.

• The actual shipping times may vary due to variable destinations, inclement weather, public holidays or other force major factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at support@etoeofficial.com.

• Sometimes it may take 1-3 days for courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.
