30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the products have been delivered. Once the returned item arrives back in warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. For refunds, the turnaround time to proceed with the refund will be between 3-10 business days after receiving your returned item.

Within 30 days of receiving the item, if you are not pleased with the product, you can contact our Support Center for a refund. Here's the important info required:

  • Order number & Order platform.
  • The reason for return.
  • Send a clear photo as proof of all the items and original package in a good condition.

Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after the purchase date. For purchases not made on ETOE website and our official stores on Amazon, please contact retailers for refunds.

Product Returns/Exchanges

All quality-related defects on original items are covered by the 12 month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will be responsible for replacement.

During the warranty period, if you find any quality-related issues with the items you received, please contact our Support Center to help determine if your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions. Please follow the steps below to speed up the process of returns:

  • Provide the order number & order platform.
  • Describe the problem with your item in detail(When and what happened?)
  • What steps you have already taken to resolve the issue?
  • Send a clear photo or video showing the defects or issues.

Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund

The refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/PayPal account as the money will be refunded by them at the final step.

If you paid via credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you paid via PayPal, contact PayPal. Some processing time is required by your payment agent before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged Items

While we try to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:

  1. Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged.
  2. To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.
  3. Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags.

Depending on the nature of the damages, we will either email you a shipping label to return the product or the shipping service may deem a pick-up inspection necessary. In the latter case, we will provide instructions to prepare for the shipping company pick-up and return to sender.

Defective Items

We test our products to ensure that you're getting the highest quality projectors and accessories out there, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If you discover that your product(s) is defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.

US Orders: For confirmed defective items, we will issue a return shipping label to send the product(s) back.

  1. We don't offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item. However, if you opt to replace the same item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipts of your return.
  2. If you'd rather a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return. Please note that you'll need to ship all original parts and packaging.
